There are many circumstances in which we may offer free on loan vending machines subject to status. They meet the free on loan criteria, for instance a site must have a large volume of  sales potential. The simple answer is yes, but again, this is subject to the make, model and age of the machine. Generally, if a machine is less than five years old and is the main EU or American manufacturers, it may be quite possible to get parts and offer a service contract or ad-hoc fix.
