Our Service Division has been specifically developed to ensure we can deliver the highest level of service support, from initial supply, delivery and installation of new equipment, to the on-going maintenance requirements of every machine across our product range.

  • Service Support Manager.


We have created this dedicated customer support role, to ensure all technical issues are handled with “the personal touch” and ensure a consistency of service delivery that meets total client satisfaction.
If you need technical assistance, whenever possible, your call will be taken by our SSC, who will be more than happy to discuss your requirement and manage it to a successful conclusion.

  • Field Technicians.


Our team of field technicians are always on-hand to ensure we meet our target response time of under 4 hours.
They are all fully qualified, time-served specialists, on-hand in a supporting role, to provide an efficient, professional and courteous service, whatever the circumstance.

  • Workshop.

Our in-house workshop gives us ultimate control of even the most demanding or complicated work, where machines can be examined in minute detail to diagnose and resolve the most technical of issues, or completely re-built to customer specification.

  • Water Coolers.


Leaving nothing to chance, we have created a role for a dedicated water cooler technician, again, to maximise our efficiency and customer support capabilities.
 This ensures that, following installation, the scheduled programme of service calls are managed to a high standard of consistency and service delivery.
