We are: North West Vending Ltd. group of companies [North West Vending Ltd., and Coffee 1652 (a division of North West Vending Ltd.)], the data controller.
The information we have about you is necessary for us to fulfil our obligations in accordance with the contract/agreement/business interests between us and will be used and processed as detailed in this Privacy Policy.

The North West Vending Ltd. group of companies collects information about you in a number of ways, either directly or indirectly, in order to provide access to our full range of business services, to discuss our full range of business services, or to agree contract terms and conditions of employment. This includes the completion of electronic “enquiry/contact” forms, direct personal enquiries, or indirect referrals/recommendations, in order for us to provide an appropriate service. For example, we cannot provide a service unless we collect and use your location information.

Making purchases. 
When making a payment/conducting a transaction, either directly, or on any of the North West Vending Group of Companies websites, you may provide payment information such as your payment card or other payment details. We use Payment Card Industry compliant third-party payment services and we do not store your credit card information.
If you use any third-party payment services, any personal information collected by the third-party will be controlled by the privacy policy of that third-party.

Other Uses of Personal Information
North West Vending Ltd. may also use Personal Information for internal statistical, marketing or operational purposes, including generating sales reports and measuring and understanding demographics, user interests, purchasing and other trends among our customers.
Service Providers and sharing of your personal data

We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services or until you ask us to delete it or your account is deleted, whichever comes first. When you provide information, North West Vending Ltd. takes several measures to safeguard the collection, transmission and storage of the data it collects and also takes reasonable security measures to help protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure or alteration of the Personal Information under its control.

North West Vending Ltd. engages a specialist “IT” company in order to protect your information using secure servers with advanced firewall technology and industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of personal information and credit card numbers. However, as no system is 100% secure, North West Vending’s group of companies cannot guarantee or warrant the security of the information you share with us and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction, loss or inadvertent disclosure of your information or content.

Policy with Respect to Children
North West Vending Ltd. is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we request that individuals under 16 do not provide Personal Information to North West Vending Ltd. How You Can Review, Correct, Update and Delete Your Personal Information

The North West Vending group of companies operate solely within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area and your personal information will not, therefore, be transferred outside of this area.

We and other members of the North West Vending Ltd. group of companies may use your Personal Information to send you marketing-related correspondence (including emails) related to equipment, products or related services in accordance with your email. We do not share Personal Information with third parties for the third parties’ marketing purposes.

We currently use Google Analytics Services:
We do so to track site statistics and user demographics, interests and behavior on websites. We also use Google Search Console to help understand how our website visitors find our website and to improve our search engine optimization.

We use Google Tag Management to help manage the various analytics services and cookie and pixel tag technologies North West Vending Ltd. uses to measure website usage. To provide such services, Google receives basic server log information from users of our websites (e.g., IP address, browser and operating system information). Google’s use of such information is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights.
