Your call will be handled in the following manner:
- Our main switchboard will transfer you directly to our service department.
- They will log your call and specific requirements.
- In the event an engineer is required, this will be scheduled immediately.
- In the event we cannot reach you within 4 hours, you will receive a call advising you of the arrival time.
- Your call will be monitored to it’s successful conclusion and in the event the matter cannot be speedily rectified, you will be kept informed of all progress.
If, at any time, you are dissatisfied with the way in which your call has been handled, please make us aware of this immediately.
