The increased drum height of the 8 drum model is suited to the popular oversized triangular sandwich packs, which can easily be displayed correctly due to the higher than standard 130mm height. An innovative airflow system allows an even distribution of temperature or can be adjusted for each drum to suit - no more soggy pastries !
